MY BOOK REVEIW OF THE RABBIT GIRLS:

AUTHOR: ANNA ELLORY

A book that sticks in your mind. Hugely thought provoking. Set in 1989 and the Holocaust, you get a glimpse of history from two different eras. Having studied a lot about the Holocaust it was very interesting but I also learnt a lot I didn’t know especially about Ravensbruck. In 1989 the main character Miriam is struggling to care for her dying father and in doing so discovers his secrets about the past during the Holocaust and a love story. Interesting perspectives on someone who is living through the toppling of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and through her father someone who lived through the Holocaust.
